1. About CoreLead

CoreLead is a lead distribution platform operated by Srivastava Industries Inc ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), located at 1021 E Lincolnway Unit #446, Cheyenne, WY 82001. CoreLead connects homeowners ("Consumers") seeking home services with licensed home service professionals ("Pros").

2. Eligibility

To use CoreLead as a Pro, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a legally operating home service business in the United States
• Hold all required licenses and insurance for your trade and jurisdiction
• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration
• Agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy

3. Lead Distribution Service

CoreLead provides two types of leads:

• Exclusive Leads: Delivered to one Pro only. Once delivered, the lead is yours exclusively.
• Shared Leads: Delivered to a limited number of Pros in the same trade and area simultaneously.

CoreLead does not guarantee that any lead will result in a booked job, paid project, or any other outcome. We are a lead generation and distribution service only. The quality and outcome of your follow-up is your responsibility.

4. Prepaid Wallet & Payments

Access to leads requires a funded prepaid wallet. By adding funds, you agree to the following:

• Minimum initial deposit is $200 USD
• Funds are deducted automatically upon each lead delivery
• Wallet balances are non-refundable except as provided under our bad lead credit policy
• We reserve the right to adjust lead pricing with reasonable notice
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe

5. Bad Lead Credit Policy

A "bad lead" is defined as a lead that is: (a) a duplicate of a lead delivered to you within the past 30 days, (b) an invalid phone number that cannot be reached after 3 attempts within 24 hours, or (c) a consumer who explicitly states they did not submit a request.

To request a credit:

• Submit a dispute within 24 hours of lead delivery via your buyer dashboard
• Credits are issued at our sole discretion after review
• Approved credits are applied to your wallet balance — no cash refunds

6. Pro Obligations

As a Pro using CoreLead, you agree to:

• Contact leads promptly — within 60 minutes is strongly recommended
• Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and consumer protection regulations
• Maintain all required business licenses, permits, and insurance
• Not resell, redistribute, or share leads with any third party
• Not submit fraudulent bad lead disputes
• Treat consumers with professionalism and respect

7. TCPA Compliance

All leads distributed through CoreLead are generated with explicit prior express written consent for contact by telephone, SMS, and email, as required by the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). Consent documentation is available for each lead upon request.

Pros are solely responsible for their own compliance with TCPA and all other applicable laws when contacting leads. CoreLead is not liable for any TCPA violations resulting from a Pro's contact practices.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent activity or abuse of the bad lead credit system
• Failure to maintain required licenses or insurance
• Any conduct we determine to be harmful to consumers or the platform

Upon termination, any remaining wallet balance may be forfeited if termination is due to a violation of these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoreLead and Srivastava Industries Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, or inability to close a job from a lead.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to CoreLead in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

CoreLead is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that leads will be error-free, that the platform will be uninterrupted, or that any particular lead will result in a booking or revenue.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Cheyenne, Wyoming, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of CoreLead after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
