- With service providers: We use trusted third-party services including Boberdoo (lead distribution), Stripe (payments), TrustedForm/ActiveProspect (consent verification), Jornaya (LeadID verification), and GoHighLevel (CRM)
- For legal compliance: When required by law, court order, or government authority
- Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets
5. TCPA Compliance
All consumer leads collected through CoreLead-affiliated properties include explicit prior express written consent for contact by telephone, SMS, and email. Consent is captured and stored via TrustedForm session certificates and Jornaya LeadID tokens. Every lead record includes a timestamp, IP address, and consent language shown to the consumer at the time of submission.
6. Your Rights (CCPA / Privacy Rights)
If you are a California resident or otherwise entitled to privacy rights, you have the right to:
